Create your business profile in Beer Club Hub. Add your location information, setup accounts for your staff, and upload your logos to personalize your dashboard. Choose to setup a loyal program with rewards and/or a mug club. Your business profile can optionally be displayed to the public on BeerClubHub.com.
Add Beer Inventory
Add your inventory of beers for sale, including serving options and prices. Upload beer photos and enter beer information, or choose one from our database of over 64,000 beers. We use this information to build out an online menu which can also be optionally shown to the public.
Discover Customers
Invite customers to register with BeerClubHub.com to access your business dashboard. There, they can view your beer menu, rate beers, provide feedback on their visit, see events, access their digital membership card, and view their loyalty points and rewards.
Promote Business
You have the option for us to display your business information to the public on BeerClubHub.com. We'll display your location information, offers such as loyalty program and mug club rewards, logo, and beer menu. We can also send branded emails with your logo to maintain a familiar experience for your customers.
Collect Ratings
Customers earn loyalty points for beer purchases, rating your beer, and for reviewing your business. They can also submit a review of each of their visits, so you can gain insight into your service quality. Customers benefit from seeing their previous ratings, driving sales for favorites.
Evaluate Feedback
As a business, you can review each rating your customer submitted and use it to improve your products and services. We aggregate rating results into reports that you can use to see your impact over time.
